Boston Scientific is looking for an experienced Functional Analyst to support Order to Cash (SD) area for Magellan project (S4 HANA business transformation) within an SAP Center of Excellence at the IS India Center. This person will be the primary technical owner, which includes development, enhancement, documentation, and support of SAP Sales and Distribution.
In addition, the person will analyze, design, document, test and deliver business systems and Information System process solutions to meet business requirements.

Solution design, build, and implementation experience with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD)
Thorough knowledge of Order Management, Advanced Available to Promise, Customer Consignment and Advanced Returns Management.
Strong configuration and implementation skills in the areas of SAP
Experience with Order Management, Advanced Available to Promise, Customer Consignment and Advanced Returns Management
Understanding the integration with various SAP modules like QM, MM, PP, CO, PM, EWM and FI
Detailed knowledge of SAP Order to Cash processes, including hands on experience in configuration of Order to Cash processes, including Customer Management and Order Management best practices
Intercompany drop shipment processing.
Experienced in SAP Sales implementations & rollout projects.
Lead or support roll-out and implementation of new business applications and functionality specifically within the SAP Sales and Distribution (SD)space.
Worked on SAP SD core sales scenarios.
Worked on SAP cross module functional integrations & integration with external applications, Idocs, ALE, mappings etc.
Should have working knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA.
Experience with SAP modules, primarily Sales and Distribution (SD) with some overlap in Supply (MM, PP and QM) and Finance (FI/CO).
Working knowledge of SAP IMG.
Knowledge of pricing, credit management, customer master, and other basic demand functionality required.
Must be proficient in SAP ECC, and understand cross-functional touch points with MM, IM, WM, and FI/CO.
Familiar with SAP programs/transactions to create sales orders, purchase orders, transfer orders, deliveries and billing documents preferred.
Work closely with the project team (internal and external) to assure a timely solution.
May lead multiple project activities simultaneously, working with internal and external cross-functional groups.
Resolve technical issues including diagnosis of problem, recommendations for workarounds and defect correction.
Analyze, design, construct, test, and implement system or application enhancements.
Create and maintain all required technical documentation per IS methodology and processes.
Demonstrate technical leadership by staying current on new technologies.
Maintain collaborative working relationship with IS services (database, data center, servers, desktop, networking, security).
Understand customer’s business implications and incorporate understanding into technical and process improvement recommendations .
Adhere to project plans, tasks, and deliverables; identify dependencies and resource requirements.
Appropriately communicate project status, escalate issues, and manage timelines and action items.
Work closely with the SAP Run Team in the prioritization, testing, and deployment of system change requests and/or providing support.
Participate in the SAP on-call dispatcher duties.
Understanding of the software development lifecycle and methodologies.
Ability to identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
Proven ability to quickly troubleshoot issues in SAP program/transactions using a sound and logical approach to deliver a valid solution.

Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
8+ years’ experience in Sales & Distribution and Logistics Execution configuration with emphasis on order processing, deliveries and shipments, and billing.
Experience with 3-5 full life cycle implementations in SAP SD
Previous experience as a leading member of a large enterprise SAP development team with assignments in all phases of the software lifecycle.
Good Knowledge of Agile & Scrum Methodology.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Self-starter with strong, proactive work ethic.
Exceptional organizational & time management skills.
Demonstrated ability to work with people in other areas across the enterprise to accomplish desired outcomes.
Detailed knowledge of MS Excel’s import, export and macro functions.
Experience with Medical Device or Life Sciences beneficial.
