Job Description : Job SummaryThis Associate Client Services Manager (Marketing) position presents an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role in our company. Put your marketing experience and knowledge to use while performing end to end marketing research, developing integrated marketing and communication strategies, and developing digital marketing strategies to produce optimal results for the clients and Eduloid.If you are a strategic thinker, and are self-motivated, analytical and challenge driven with excellent personnel and communication skills, this management role can give you the chance to fully develop your interests and talents not only with marketing but also with business management.You will play a key role in recognizing opportunity and excelling at building and maintaining relationships with others.Responsibilities and DutiesThe main purpose of this position is to lead in the growth and success of the assigned program(s), with the support of the Client Services Director. The Associate Client Services Manager is accountable for overall client management; business and financial management including client budget and Eduloid’s profitability; and to support the Client Services Director in new business acquisition. The position reports to the Client Services Director.Conduct end to end marketing research to largely understand customer insights, market dynamics, and competitors’ analysis.Manage the ideation, development, budgeting, procurement, and presentation of Integrated Marketing Solutions and Digital Marketing Solutions.Efficiently manage all program details to ensure seamless execution of programs and events.On Field Management of program teams, including hands-on execution and event management.Develop and maintain excellent business relations with new and existing clients and continue to strengthen the relationship by finding value-add solutions.Determine client needs to develop and execute a client development plan that supports the strategy for the account(s) and deliver solutions for the client.Responsible for the adherence of all contract specifications and successfully implement client contracts by accurately communicating goals and objectives to the account team, and ensuring all targets are met.Continuously provide thorough knowledge, insight, and communication to the client(s) to ensure all facets are being covered and objectives and expectations are being met.Provide planning and strategic insight into new client pitches, including developing models that showcase Eduloid’s innovative approach.Accountability of assigned program(s) – Identify accurate projected estimates and results.Required Experience, Skills and QualificationsRequired 0-3 years of experience in Marketing.BMS, BBA or BMM degree is required. PGDM or MBA in Marketing would be an added advantage.Strategic thinker, having the ability to contribute to the creative efforts & “out of the box thinking”.Proficient verbal and written communication skills.Excellent managerial and leadership skills – ability to motivate, encourage and develop the client servicing team.Strong project management and time management skills.Extremely proactive, organized, detail-oriented & results driven, with strong problem-solving skills.Proficient in Computer Skills – PowerPoint, Excel and Word.BenefitsTraining and In-Depth Exposure to Integrated Marketing and Digital Marketing, thus giving you an edge.Project related conveyance expense would be covered by the company.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹180,000.00 – ₹240,000.00 per yearBenefits:Commuter assistancePaid sick timePaid time offWork from homeSchedule:Day shiftSpeak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
