Job Description : Key responsibilities

Candidate will build, support and maintain automation workflows developed on Alteryx, Tableau tools. Candidate is responsible for governance around Alteryx workflows and will handle workflow build requests from internal teams.
Manage overall service delivery, execution of client migrations and enhance the overall client experience.
Deploy and maintain workflows on Alteryx / Tableau servers
Debug errors in the workflows, fix, test the workflows to avoid BAU impacts
Build workflows as per requirements from internal teams.
Manage automation requests from internal teams and prioritise using JIRA boards
Work in close partnership with peers in other global locations – BAs, Technology – AD/ Support, IDL / Cash management Product owners.
Identify existing feed issues and raising defect with technology. Work on prioritization of key feed testing per business needs.
Update ALM for defects and chase BAs, POs for ALMs raised for prioritization in terms of fixes.
Data Quality – Identify existing feed issues for cash management/IDL and raising defect with technology. Provide status update on these defects during weekly calls with management.
Work on Testing automation using tools available internally. This is to ensure automation is available for regression testing
Work on the Feeds quality and onboarding to cash management as part of cash as an asset program.
Provide updates to Cash management ops in the changes impacting through IDL feeds.
Provide Signoff on successful end to end testing for feed onboarding. Also, test system behavior during Production parallel to identify adhoc issues.
Drive innovative solutions for efficient operations and prioritize key technology enhancements across various processes to support productivity and control enhancements
Manage expenses and facilitate ways to reduce them to support business growth in a cost-effective manner
Design an appropriate operating model across various Cash Position Management functions to ensure strong management coverage, oversight, and resiliency
Build strong risk awareness and controls focused and work closely with Business Partners and Risk Control Managers in driving/implementing effective a robust, pro-active and sustainable controls programs to pro-actively manage risks to the business
Qualifications
Essential

Strong Alteryx and Tableau skills
Strong written and oral comprehension of English language
Extensive working knowledge of Banking Operations
Experience in managing a Nostro Funding operations team, settlements team (FX, Money market, Fixed Income, Equities etc)
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
Strategic planning and budget management skills
Computer navigation skills
Proficient in Microsoft products, Oracle SQL query and analysis
Ability to make independent decisions and utilize all available tools to manage and prevent corporate and client risk
Ability to work along with Technology, Business analysts, IDL product Owners, Cash management group and maintain relationship
Ability to analyze complex procedures and make recommendations to established processes for process improvement
College degree and 6 or more years of banking Operations role
Desirable

Experience in the Treasury Middle office team
Testing of feeds onboarding
Knowledge of Liquidity Management
