JOIN OUR GLOBAL COMMUNICATION TEAM IN GURGAON
You will be part of our global communications team with more than 40 skilled specialists, and this role will see you develop social media content to attract and retain the right people by strengthening COWI’s brand amongst current and potential employees and in building the image of COWI as a great place to work. You will report to the Head of HR in India with a functional reporting to Group Brand & Employer Brand Manager.

On a day-to-day basis you will be:
Driving the strategy and action plan within employer branding in India
Ensuring alignment as well as close collaboration with the rest of the group communication team with respect to employer branding initiatives in India
Drive employer branding campaigns with a focus towards talent attraction to convert target audience into potential employees through use of responsive and captivating social media content
Responsible for effective internal communication in India
Actively involved in communication efforts during a crisis– internally and externally with the focus on the company reputation and image, in close liaison with local management and group communications team

You hold a degree in communication, journalism or other relevant fields of study and have 8-12 years relevant experience in social media branding and content development preferably in an international company related to engineering, architectural or similar industries.

Furthermore, you should:
Have documented creative and journalistic writing skills for successfully executing campaigns to strengthen brand position in social media
Possess strong content creation skills; writing, editing, proofreading
Be a confident communicator and presenter
Be fluent in English both verbally and in writing
Have excellent cross-cultural collaboration skills
