The CRM Product Owner will be the main point of contact for business users, drives the CRM vision and roadmap that includes managing the Salesforce budget and license management. Lead the change/issue prioritisation through good understanding of the business problem statements, design Salesforce solutions (Services/Sales Journey) with users.
Program manage to ensure successful implementation with the help of IT team. (including Intermediaries and different businesses)
This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, Product Owners, IT, Architects, Team Lead, Martech or Development team to drive CRM solution closely aligned to the Company’s strategy
Product Owner is required to derive business requirements and drive implementation.
Engage with business stakeholders to gather/analyse requirements and map them to solutions that leverage salesforce functionality.
Proactively identify and propose innovative solutions to challenging problems in order to create scalable implementations and achieve results
Drive workshops to gather technical requirements and development backlog
Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
Lead one or more project teams to deliver solutions for the Salesforce.com platform to meet business requirements and realize business value.
Assess, advocate for and approve external technologies, such as Salesforce AppExchange packages, for their suitability
Provide standardized status reports, track/manage financials, manage risks and issues, communicating across the leadership team, and escalating where necessary.
Working collaboratively with the technical and development team in writing articulate technical specs
Good understanding of Financial Services (life, general and health insurance, investment, savings) products, services, customer behaviour and end to end customer journeys
Requirements
Able to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple, visual and impactful manner.
Preferably minimum 8 to 10 years of experience blend of business and technical solution experience in solutioning and leading large Salesforce cloud implementation programs.
Knowledge of software development fundamentals such as: data structures, object-oriented programming, relational database design, and design patterns
Working collaboratively with the Technical Lead and development team in writing articulate technical specs
Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-orientated environment.
Excellent communication (written and oral), storytelling, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Preferably able to understand distribution and ops processes will be a plus.
Able to understand of Financial Services (life, general and health insurance, investment, savings).
Proven experience in Salesforce implementation and well versed in project management. Customer obsessed individual with understanding of end to end customer journey, business requirements.
Change agent who can think out of the box and demonstrate great teamwork with tech and operation teams in delivering best solution to deliver business objectives
Keen digital mindset with strong data driven decision making
Fast learner and able to handle tight deadlines with a growth mindset
Strong interpersonal skills and able to influence, prioritize and gain commitment
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, technology, or related disciplines.
