Job Description : Customer Support Agent – Manchester
We are looking for a friendly & organised individual to join our Customer Support Team in Manchester. Our Support Team is essential for us to provide the best service to our Restaurant Partners helping them succeed. We are looking for dedicated and passionate people who take pride in going the extra mile to deliver outstanding service to our customer base.
We are growing rapidly and have ambitious plans over the next few years, so we need superstars to help us achieve that!

Requirements
The Job:
Your day will focus on helping and assisting our restaurant partners: Talking to our customers, resolving their queries and assisting with admin-based tasks- You will be doing this by phone, email and social media channels.
Helping our restaurant partners by handling client engagement via calls, emails and chat messages responding to and assisting with their queries.
Working on Admin tasks based on our restaurant partners such as menu changes, finance requests, discussing vacation days with Restaurant Partners directly, creating Facebook posts/advertisements, app/website troubleshooting & assisting with wider internal teams needs.
Responding to RP email requests such as updating deliveries area’s/charges, uploading new photos for Restaurant Partners, reviewing any cancelled orders, discussing future promotions.
Building rapport & providing exceptional service at all times to our partners.
Solving any problems and striving for first-time resolution.

Working Hours:
Our Customer Support team is available 11 am-11 pm so being flexible is a must.

4 Weekly rota. A working week of 4 days on and 3 days off. Overtime is also available for those who want it.
