Role Overview
You are passionate about leading a recruiting team whose focus is hiring and retaining the best talent that embodies Qwick’s culture. Establishing relationships comes easy, and you’re skilled in making businesses decisions that reflect the strategy set by our Executive Team. You are ready to take on new challenges within a fast-paced and collaborative environment and are excited to be a catalyst in the rapid growth of our company while managing and coaching a dedicated talent acquisition team. Your ideal recruiting process is focused on quality and centered on people, with a feedback-driven servant leadership style.
Functions of the Role
Cultivating a culture of excellence and developing clear objectives for talent acquisition through the production of regular reports and data-driven strategies
Presenting hiring, talent, and employment-related reports to members of the organization
Training, coaching, mentoring members of the recruiting team, and leading by example
Directing recruiting efforts through strategic initiatives and active collaboration with hiring teams
Designing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies that meet business needs and creating a pipeline of high caliber talent for Qwick teams
Building effective relationships with leaders and cross-functional partners to ensure alignment of the recruitment process with business needs, leveraging recruiting expertise in driving the talent acquisition process forward
Overseeing the development of processes, tools, and training that are aligned with the organization’s culture and job requirements to attract top talent
Ensuring the best in class recruiting process, maintaining a people-first culture, DEIB focus, and possessing a deep understanding of market trends and conditions
Juggling competing priorities and having an enhanced ability to prioritize and plan in a fast-paced, high growth environment
Requirements and Qualifications
3+ years of recruiting management experience
5+ years of in-house recruiting experience prior to transitioning into management
Proficient at using modern software and leveraging technology for talent acquisition processes
Hands-on leadership experience: training, coaching, and mentoring other recruiting professionals
Experience developing and nurturing strong cross-team partnerships; driving business results and inspiring a culture of transparency, collaboration, and accountability
Strong experience developing networks of candidates from a diverse range of backgrounds
A “People-first” approach to building teams and guiding effective performance across the organization
A deep sense of empathy and an ability to create a connection with employees of all levels while building trust and rapport
Located in Phoenix AZ or willing to relocate
