You will help design and deliver the primary automation strategy and, from the other side, continuously qualify, execute, and report on automation opportunities that create business value. Reporting to the Head of Finance Systems & Data, you will support our workflows improvement with automation technologies while acting as a hands- on change agent within the business driving the Starship automation roadmap.We seek someone eager to help people be more productive, efficient, and happier by bringing automation and simplification into daily life.Your responsibilities: Automate the workflows in domains such as O2C, P2P, R2R, integrate and automate systems, apps, and dataEstablish good relationships with key stakeholders by understanding business needs and clearly articulating the vision, approach, assessment results, and execution strategiesWork closely with cross-functional teams to design, build and execute delivery of high-quality integrations and automationAct as the principal owner of iPaaS automation solution in the companyManage backlog of automation opportunities and continue to look for opportunities that align with program objectivesMeasure, monitor, assess, and demonstrate the value delivered by investment in each implemented automationDrive the adoption of Automation as a Mindset in StarshipYou will fit right in if you haveMinimum two years’ SOA/middleware experience with one or more of the following applications: Boomi, Mulesoft, IBM APP connect, Power Automate, Tibco, or other iPaaSMinimum 3 years’ application design/systems analyst experienceExperience in integrating with core enterprise software applications, including major ERP applications (preferable Oracle NetSuite), MRP, HCM, data lakes, BI, and other solutions and toolsSolid experience with workflow automation and managing an entire lifecycle of automation projectsExperience with business and technical requirement analysis, business process modeling/mapping, methodology development, and data mappingSolid experience from integration projectsTechnical expertise to execute the solutions you design personallyProven track record of working experience with various integration protocols and integration patterns SOAP, REST, ODATA GRAPHQL, MQ, Event Streams, KafkaProgramming development experience in any languageKnowledge of cloud platform technologies AWS, GCP, AzureExcellent communication and presentation skills with ability to communicate technical information effectivelyJoin the fleet of humans behind the robots and get: To create the future on a uniquely large scale level while shaping the history and making things happen!Be part of a thriving, diverse, and fun team, that will help you grow professionally and personallyAll the benefits of working for a scale up, such as: , flexible working time, company events, snacks and drinks at the office, and of course a competitive salary and employee stock option plan.As our internal Finance team was set up relatively recently, you’ll face exciting possibilities to create, build and implement your ideas from scratchWe love that you’re different.
