Job Description : The required candidate should understand our exact requirement of job function & hire productive field staff across India through different job portals such as Naukri, Monster, Times jobs etc. & references and Resume Database; Line up Interviews, ask to concerned reporting authority for interview, Salary Negotiation part & Handle complete recruitment process like Joining Formalities, Offer & Appointment Letters, Induction process, Exit interview with 70-80% retention ratio, Employee Relation Management. You should be able to take a first round interview over skype, whatsapp video chat for hiring prospects from different zones. If required, you need to travel as per requirement for the interview process in line with management decisions. To prepare Offer/Appointment Letters/ and keep track of probations/confirmation/performance increment details of all employees. Maintain a complete filing system with proper records of all the employees like Employment appointment form, above said documents, Sales agent agreements etc. Maintain attendance register of office and field staff including their leave records. Use the company CRM system for getting attendance details of field staff. Preparing salary data of all India staff, uploading it for payment & sending salary slips to all concerned. Handling Employee Provident fund related activities like PF amount withdrawal & transfer process. Handling all related filing of records. Taking care of employee workplace requirements & grievances, try to solve them on an urgent basis in consultation with company management. To take care of Admin & housekeeping requirements such as stationary, visiting cards & brochures printing, GIDC works, office building maintenance, booking tickets/hotels for staff, lead the training arrangement schedule. Monitoring Sales CRM on a daily basis and informing concerned HO Sales Manager of any deviations found if any. Look after HR documents updating as per ISO 13485 NABCB requirement. Look after Hotel/Ticket bookings for Field as per requirement and arranging training necessities at HO for smooth training of new joiners. Look after Admin and housekeeping functions with ease and timely completion. Should have multitasking ability to handle any other work designated by company management as per requirement from time to time.
Requirements:
Any Graduate
Good to have:MSW/MHRN Degree
Should have experience in Recruitment
