Job Description : Responsibilities:Implement performance review procedures as per policies set by the company.Manage implementation of HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with themImplement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.Coordinate with external consultants for sourcing and interviewing candidates.Manage attendance for all employees at all levels.Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employeesPerform all administrative duties in compliance to office requirements.Monitor HR department’s budgetAct as the point of contact regarding all operations of the HR & Admin Department.Manage employees’ grievances.Requirements:Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar roleFamiliarity with Human Resources Management Systems & Office administrationExperience with full-cycle recruitingGood knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)Demonstrable leadership abilitiesSolid communication skillsAny Graduate in Human Resources Management or relevant field.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: Up to ₹30,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftMorning shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Payroll: 1 year (Preferred)HR: 3 years (Preferred)total work: 3 years (Preferred)License/Certification:Professional in Human Resources® (Preferred)Work Remotely:NoSpeak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
