Key Responsibilities
• Own entire deployment cycle for demo application development and deployment on AWS.Work with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering and ML team) to craft custom solutions Collaborate with internal and external team members, business analysts, etc. to support documentation of business, functional, and non-functional requirements for the solution (call flow documentation, integration document, etc.) Own the responsibility of installation, integration testing, user acceptance testing and production launch of Uniphore’s virtual assistant on IVR solution (PoCs and demo systems) Influence and contribute to Uniphore’s product roadmap. Understand customer needs and requirements from Uniphore Virtual Assistant solution
QualificationsSolid knowledge of contact center and speech technology solutions including contact center ACD platforms, cloud computing and customer engagement solutions including IVR, omni-channel engagement, and speech analytics powered by AI/ML.Ability to interact with customers to interpret requirementsBasic understanding of protocols/technologies like HTTP/1.1, gRPC, SOAP etc.Fluency in English (written and spoken)BE/MCA with tech background would be preferred.
Industry Experience Minimum 3 years of work experience overall and 2 years of experience in developing conversations virtual assistants. Must have hands-on experience on either of the IVR systems like Avaya, Cisco or Genesys etc. Must me able to independently create call flows within the IVR system using VXML and java script.Must have exposure to database administration/ SQL scripting. Must have exposure working on AWS environment Experience in developing Speech Enabled IVR Application or chat bot applications. Any software development experience would be a plus.
Programming / Scripting experience in PHP, Python, Java, one of the languages is preferableMust be able to independently front-face meetings/discussions with customers and make a difference
