Job Description : Job Summary
The IT Resource Manager I leads high impact projects across FieldCore’s global energy services industry. Builds requirements architecture ranging from custom built engines, portals, integrations, mobile user interfaces, ETL, etc. using platforms including SAP ERP, SuccessFactors HR, Gensuite and ServiceMax solutions. Utilizes technical aspects of all areas of the Salesforce.com platform to make high quality implementations built for scale and efficiency, all while maintaining a great FieldCore user experience.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Serves as the Technical Lead for the team in determining the best approach to a requirement
Translates business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platforms and products that can be translated into features for developers
Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions. Articulate the benefits and risks to a solution’s feasibility and functionality
Provide hands-on, expert-level technical assistance to developers
Follow and understand new Salesforce product and technical capabilities resulting from product releases and acquisitions
Coach and mentor junior technical and functional team members
Lead project meetings with FieldCore & GE stakeholders
Participate in continuous improvement and process redesign efforts
Collaborate with a team of Salesforce Architects, Developers, and Engineers to determine the most appropriate technical strategy and designs to meet business needs
Build features with the entire FieldCore ecosphere in mind, thinking proactively and creatively of what the completed system will look like to ensure a complete end-to-end workflow
Partners and leads development team, validating their solutions not only before development, but also performing QA when required to ensure that needs are met
Supports the configuration of FieldCore Salesforce instances via declarative tools, including workflows, process builders, reports, dashboards, etc.
Writes test cases that can be delivered to clients and support them during UAT
Trains clients on Salesforce and newly built features
Provides current best practice and third-party solution alternatives from the AppExchange
Travel required 15%
May be assigned other duties to help proactively drive our FieldCore vision and align with our organization’s core values
Required Qualifications & Experience
BS Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
7+ Years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
2+ Years managing and developing employees
5+ Years of Salesforce experience
Minimum Salesforce Certifications required:
Administrator
Platform App Builder
Platform Developer I
Detailed understanding of the Salesforce Classic, Salesforce Lightning, and Salesforce Sandbox Enterprise development environments
Hands on experience in global implementation using salesforce.com platform in the following areas:
System Implementation & Adoption
com Service Cloud
com Mobile
com Force.com platform development
com Field Service Lightning
Integration to APP Exchange solutions
Experience in Field Service Lightning, ServiceMax
Demonstrated knowledge of the Salesforce.com sales, service cloud and force.com development environment including but not limited to items such as custom objects, declarative functionality, workflows, triggers, Data migration tools, and SOQL
Excellent English proficiency required

Change oriented – actively generates process improvements, champions and drives change initiatives, confronts difficult circumstances in creative ways, balances multiple and competing priorities and executes accordingly
