Your Impact:
Knowledge Management (KM) Analyst is responsible for managing and promoting the company’s knowledge assets on the global and regional intranet sites, by working collaboratively with sales coordinators, project managers and subject matter experts. Additionally, the KM Analyst will work on several process automation projects and needs a good understanding of Microsoft Power Suite.
Job Responsibilities:
Assess regional knowledge needs and requirements (short-term and long-term)
End-to-end management of regional SharePoint (SP) sites
Automate simple work processes using SharePoint flows/Power Apps
Able to understand all aspects of Knowledge Management implementation using SharePoint / Office365, Microsoft Azure, Integration as Developer / Tech Lead / Solution Architect.
Collate and rationalise data from bidding activities (questions, responses, feedback)
Collate and rationalise technical proofs and project descriptions
Conduct general data analysis and administrative tasks as required
Act as the internal document controller for all content elements within the region
Create document toolkits for the best-in-class proposals, capability statements, project descriptions, etc
Assist in creating training and process documents pertaining to KM
Share best practices and tactical knowledge across offices, practice areas and teams
Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the bids/projects and the documentation requirements
Analyse existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
Create and maintain the information architecture
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; maintaining personal networks.
Accomplishes organisation goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Here’s What You’ll Need:
Skills and Qualifications:
2-5 years’ proven working experience in Knowledge Management required
Experience in developing on SharePoint sites, Power Apps, Power BI reports etc. required
Proficient in mainstream Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) required
Excellent English communication (written & spoken) skills required
Able to multi-task and deal with complexity required
Methodical, resourceful, tenacious and flexible traits desirable
Ability to quickly grasp complex technical/engineering concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures will be an advantage
