To support our growth and commitment to hiring exceptional performers, we are looking for an Instructional Designer / Lead Course Developer based in Bengaluru.

Are you good at explaining complex concepts in a way that makes them intuitive to understand? Then join our Technical Knowledge team and help assess the learning needs for our products, prioritize the biggest opportunities, and create and deliver impactful online learning programs to enable our users
As an Instructional Designer / Lead Course Developer you will design and develop performance-based learning curriculum, individual modules, and complete online courses. You will build strong relationships with subject matter experts throughout our company to define the learning objectives. Then you will work with the team to create those courses and curriculums. You will mentor online course developers and other technical content developers. You will continuously monitor learning content for opportunities for improvement.

Job Responsibilities and Expectations:
Manage a learning portfolio and work it to provide the fastest enablement for our users
Manage technical course development projects in an Agile environment
Create a course design document and develop a course that aligns with a learning objective-based curriculum.
Mentor other content developers and guide them to create engaging online learning content to align with learning objectives.
Identify projects that deliver the most value and then meet deadlines and reprioritize as needed to complete timely delivery of instructional design projects.
Monitor relevant metrics and act based on data points.
Define processes and methodologies to improve team performance and content development efficiency
Work in an agile way, ensuring content is valuable and highly useful.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Team and Agile project management
Experience in managing backlogs and sprints using Jira or similar Agile tools.
Instructional design experience for a technology company
Knowledge of the fundamentals of programming languages
Create content in Markdown.
Experience with GitHub as a user.
Experience with Application Development.
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
