Roles and Responsibilities
Profile: Lead / Senior Associate NACH Operations
Experience:4 to 15 years
Qualification: B’Tech / BE / M’Tech / MCA
Location: Chennai

Role & Responsibilities :
1. Gathering and prioritizing product requirements, requirement analysis, working with development teams to lead implementation using agile methodology
2. Conceptualization and implementation of new products
3. Collaborate and communicate product road map, project status and issues to relevant stakeholders
4. Develop clear visualizations of complicated business processes and ambiguous business requirements
5. Responsible for project management and end-to-end product delivery
6. Experience in KPI management and road map development.
7. Handling of high caliber team responsible for NACH product
8. Process re-engineering and implementation of Robotic Process Automation (Hyper automation)
9. Solution to government departments & other entities on collection and disbursement of funds.
10. Convening and handling steering committee meeting and workgroup meeting with stakeholders.
11. Define processes, ensure execution and ongoing governance.
12. Write operational policies
13. Experience on settlement, clearing and reconciliation
14. Implementation of strategic operational continuous improvement

10.Perform UAT with the agreed TAT
11. On-boarding of new banks to NACH / its related services

Functional Skills:
1.Knowledge on NACH & CTS clearing system.
2. Knowledge on other payments systems like UPI, IMPS, AePS will be added advantage 3. MS office
4. Communication skills

Product Life Cycle & Product Lead’s responsibility:
Product Conceptualisation: Understand market, customer trends, opportunities, user and bank / ecosystem pain points, how to differentiate regulatory understanding.
Product Design: Design Thinking, agile approach, customer experience
Product Development: Design & document tech specification and test cases.
Product Go Live: Identifying pilot study and ensure product success.
Product Commercialisation:
Drive users, value, volume, ecosystem
Collaborate with Relationship Managers to drive the product objective
Work with marketing team to drive B2B & B2B2C positioning & demand for the product. Product Management: Own P&L, Risk Management, Revenue, Cost, Market Interface and Compliance.
