The Company & Role:

Our client is an award-winning new home building company with positive values and fantastic work culture. With over 12 years of experience in the residential construction industry, they pride themselves on taking customers on a remarkable journey to build their new dream home.

Now, due to continued growth, the business is looking for a passionate and experienced Marketing and Content Manager.

The Marketing and Content Manager is responsible for leading all marketing and advertising campaigns, tracking marketing and sales data, creating content, and managing all branding assets for the company.

This role works within our Leadership Team and is responsible for the management of relations with our external marketing consultants and internal sales team.

The Marketing and Content Manager is also responsible for developing and maintaining the marketing strategy, alongside our external consultants.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

Marketing:
Working strategically with the Director, wider Leadership Team, and our third-party marketing team, to identify, lead and manage all facets of the businesses online and offline marketing activities
Formulate, track, measure and analyse marketing and sales campaigns; use data to form insights to drive campaign timelines, deliverables, and communications
Take charge of the continuous improvement of our marketing metrics such as driving down our cost per lead, improving the quality of leads to the business and focusing more on activities that achieve the best ROI
Developing a social media strategy according to best practice and latest trends in the industry, in alignment and relation to our target audiences and business objectives
Maintain the integrity of our online channels including website updates, social media community management, email campaigns and other digital platforms
Manage external relationships with agency providers
Improve company SEO performance
Event management for our networking and promotional events (Land Developers & Agencies such as REA)
Creating buyer profiles and tailored promotional content
Development of physical marketing collateral for Display Homes and client use
Communications:
Work with internal stakeholders (sales team and the broader management team) to develop an editorial calendar to align all communications
Write and publish content across our online and offline marketing channels – email campaigns, blogs, news updates, social media content and graphic design
Consideration and further development of our tone of voice in communications to consistently complement our mission, vision, and values statements as we continue to grow
Community Management:
Respond to traffic queries across our digital platforms
Create and build partnerships and referrals with other stakeholders through marketing collaboration
Review and provide recommendations on how our product offering and customer service experience can be remarkable
Role Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or a related discipline
4 years’ experience as a marketing and communications manager, brand and content manager or similar
Experience in product analysis, strategy creation and implementation
Experience with digital marketing and content creation
Proven experience in blog-style content writing with demonstrable audience engagement
Experience in brand development and execution
Knowledge of SEO principles and best practice
Experience managing an email marketing program, including website lead management
and integration
Demonstrated experience managing social media presence across different platforms
Reporting and analysis using Google Analytics
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
High interpersonal skills, approachable and friendly
Proactive and demonstrates initiative
