About the Role:
Twilight Softwares is actively looking for energetic Business Development professionals with an entrepreneurial spirit, passion for sales and a proven track record of success, who take a hands-on approach to building business opportunities.

Requirements:
Degree / Diploma in computer Science or Information Technology / Marketing with minimum 5 + years in IT Sales, Marketing & Business Development functions.
Candidates with IT / Software / SaaS Business Development experience & Recruitment / Staffing Business Development experience would be preferred.
A strong passion for sales in IT Industry and able to drive the sales process from prospecting closing the deal.
Proactive and self -motivated, focused and goal oriented. should be able to work under minimum supervision.
A good hunting mentality and resilience towards rejection.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for all Business Development & Pre-sales activities in the SEA Region and global markets.
Work on all phases of the end-to-end sales cycle including pre-sales presentations, client persuasions, conducting negotiations, and contracting terms with clients.
Business Research to identify potential clients/ lead generation, and take all the required actions to convert the lead
Derive & define sales strategies / plans and work closely with the Management team to maximize the revenue of the organization
Use emails, phone calls, social media, and other channels to reach out to analytics decision-makers and generate interest
Evolve strategic thinking to introduce new/innovative approaches in acquisition of new clients.
Prepare high quality business proposals, elevator pitches and presentations whenever required to boost the sales cycle.
Experience and Knowledge on web / mobile app developments would be preferable as this role would involve engaging with clients of different level through technical solutions.
