Job Description : ConvergePoint (www.convergepoint.com) is looking for a Software Delivery Manager and Scrum Master to manage the software development lifecycle of our B2B SaaS products.
We are a fast-growing software company helping a large variety of mid-size and large organizations including Fortune 500 companies across all industries with their regulatory compliance on Microsoft SharePoint and Office 365.
What you will be responsible for:
Directly manage the deliverables and timelines of the Software Development, Quality Assurance, UI/UX, Business Analysts, and Technical writing teams in India
Be responsible for all product releases on time and on budget
Work closely with Product Owners in the US
Be the Scrum Master and be responsible for all Sprints, resource allocation, and on-time delivery of sprints
Be responsible for on-time delivery of all new product versions to the marketplace.
Work closely with the Dev team to introduce AI, ML, and other new technologies into the product
Work closely with the QA team to ensure full QA automation testing and regression suites
Ensure code reviews, best practices, and CI/CD for all products
Must be extremely detailed oriented to ensure that all aspects of the project are captured in Azure DevOps and that all activity from user stories, development tasks, test plans, QA automation, CI/CD and version history is maintained in great detail and all team members are following the processes and best practices.
Work closely with the US Implementation and Support Teams
Work closely with the Support Manager in the US to prioritize bugs and enhancements and resource allocation
Be part of the core management team to transition to new product offerings
Provide detailed weekly metrics and reports on resource utilization and project progress in Azure
Introduce best practices and technologies to help streamline the technology operations of the company
Be involved in approving hires for new roles in line with the core values of the company
Desired Skills:
A Bachelors in Computer Engineering is required. An MBA is a big plus
Demonstrated experience managing and delivering complex projects
15 + years of experience with at least 5+ years of project management and software delivery experience
Must have 3+ years of experience in managing Agile Scrum projects and/or Scrum Master experience
Experience working with product companies is a highly desired. Must have an excellent understanding of product versions, release management and
Must have experience working with Azure DevOps.
Should have managed a team of 30 to 50 members.
Extensive experience in managing .NET projects
Should have worked directly with the US team
Must have experience working with product owners, implementation teams, development, quality assurance,
Experienced in working with stakeholder to manage their expectations and engaging them to address project issues
Excellent spoken and written skills
