Job Description : We’re Celonis, the global leading Process Mining software company and one of the world’s fastest-growing SaaS firms. We believe that every company can unlock its full execution capacity – and for that, we need you to join us as a Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst.

The Team:

This role will ideally be based out of our Bangalore hub (with remote working options) and will report to the Global Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations Lead, who is a member of the TA Leadership Team. Beyond the collaboration with the TA Operations Team, this role will work closely with all TA Managers, as well as the broader TA team globally, other People & Culture teams, as well as FP&A. We are committed to building an measurable & accountable Talent Acquisition function, underpinned by optimized, efficient processes & controls delivering a world-class experience to all parties involved in hiring.

The Role:

The TA Operations Analyst is focused on the development and optimization of Celonis Talent Acquisition insights. You have a firm understanding our TA Business Objectives, our end-to-end process and how it’s being facilitated across our tech & tools. You understand the resulting data correlations, and you are able to translate this data into clear and meaningful business insights. You define new data collection and analysis processes as needed, and use these to measure operational efficiency & performance and facilitate strategic business decision making. You find bottlenecks in our recruiting processes, investigate the reasons behind them, and suggest solutions to solve them – helping to optimize our tools and processes as you do.

The work you’ll do:

You design, deploy & own a reporting management suite for all TA stakeholders with globally consistent metrics and reporting practices, providing a clear view of recruiting performance and eliminating the need for ad-hoc customized & manual reporting. You liaise with key stakeholders (eg TA Managers) to understand their needs and use this to design insights & predictive models in response.
You use Celonis technology to design, enhance & deploy customized instances of Celonis for Talent Acquisition, developing next level insights and apps for TA & its internal clients. You support the development of plug & play instances for common TA use cases.
You optimize the way Celonis for TA is managed and maintained, and deploy an access management process that allows even broader access to TA Insights to more users (depending on roles & requirements) – all whilst ensuring TA continues to adhere to data privacy requirements.
You will get involved in a multitude of cross-functional projects, always approaching problem statements with a TA lense. You support the design and deployment of specific TA Operations Team dashboards such as Financial reporting – creating visuals and financial models to support business decisions. You support the deployment of Business Controls automation and TA Coordination insights. You collaborate with the broader People & Culture team as well as FP&A to bring together “Hire to Retire” data for that full 360 degree view.
You enable users at all levels to understand and work with the insights you are providing.

The qualifications you need:

Data visualization and presentation skills, Microsoft Excel, Structured Query Language (SQL), and R or Python programming knowledge.
Critical thinking and technical skills necessary for data mining, hygiene, and analysis
A natural collaborator & communicator, who is analytical, data-driven, a problem solver, accurate, detail oriented, structured. You can translate your insights into layman terms that make them accessible to a wide range of audiences
Ability to work independently and with distributed teams across global time zones
Knowledge of tools such as ATS, CRM, HRMS (eg. Greenhouse, Workday) & Celonis
Experience of managing operations, projects and transformation initiatives, ideally in a Global Talent Acquisition environment is a plus
