Job Description : Talent Development Coordinator

We are looking for a Development Coordinator to join our Talent team here at Bourne Leisure. You will be joining a friendly, warm, and supportive team who are dedicated to building career programmes that enables our talent to thrive! Collaborating with various stakeholders on a range of talent activities and projects you will have every opportunity to establish yourself as a subject matter expert, whilst building lasting relationships across the business, and helping us to create an environment where all team members have a sense of belonging, through our inclusion and diversity priorities.

You will be expected to be able to travel to our parks or our offices based in Hemel Hempstead as required although we welcome applications from anywhere in UK as we support hybrid working.

Your opportunity:
As the Talent Development Coordinator, you will have responsibility for the coordination and facilitation of a range of talent development activities and projects as well as ensuring the development and maintenance of robust talent processes and onboarding of new team members through our warm welcome.

You will support the talent team with the design, delivery, and ongoing management of our talent programmes from early careers to senior leadership, designed to create a world class team experience and a place where every team member can be their best selves, ensuring we are tracking well against our project plans and can deliver commitments on time.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships across our stakeholder groups, analysing data sets and preparing reports to support team decision making. Monitoring and measuring the impact of effectiveness to ensure consistent delivery and commercial impact. Ultimately, we understand that we will only realise our potential if our teams fulfil theirs, and we are therefore here to support them every step of the way.

To be successful you will:
Be passionate towards implementing talent programmes and be analytical and able to interpret data to prove ROI
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Be a confident facilitator, have some project management experience or experience of managing multiple tasks
Possess a positive, inclusive, can-do mindset and the ability to work within a fast paced and changing environment
Have strong communication skills and be confident with developing strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
