Job Description : This is an URGENT role. Please only apply if you are available to join immediately.Manage and populate pipeline of US-based clients and customers,Manage resumes on multiple platforms,4-hour shift, Evening shift, flexible timings, Work from Home,Base pay: Rs. 5,000, Performance pay: up to Rs. 28,000;I am a Strategy Consultant to US-based technology companies and we are looking for an HR Assistant to create and nurture long-term relationships with our new and existing clients. You will resolve any issues that arise to ensure clients are satisfied with our services.In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to grasp customer needs and brainstorm ways to fulfill them. If you also have a background in customer service and knowledge of our industry, we’d like to meet you.Your goal will be to help us safeguard our revenue and retain our customers.Responsibilities: Build relationships with key employees among customersCold emails/calls to client’s customers to book appointments as and when requiredExecute email/LinkedIn marketing campaigns whenever requiredCreate plans to address clients’ business needsAdvise clients on creating profitable processesSchedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfiedAct as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriateHelp sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and productsEnsure both the company and clients adhere to contract termsStudy competition to find new ways to retain customersSet sales and revenue targets and work diligently to meet themCollaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, engineers, senior management) to address customers’ needsRequirementsProven experience as an HR Assistant, HR Manager preferably in Information Technology, US/UK markets/Call CentreProven track record of meeting and exceeding targetsBackground in US customer service; industry knowledge is a plusExperience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. customer satisfaction)Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce)A customer-oriented attitudeExcellent communication and negotiation skillsProblem-solving aptitudeAbility to work well with a teamBSc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing or a related fieldCompensation1. There shall be a 90-day probationary period (which can be reduced based on candidate performance) which shall begin with a 15-day On-job-training (OJT). Your full-time offer will be confirmed post successful completion of probation.2.
