Assistant Manager (Content Management) – Ux & DevOps
USI NSE BSO Client & Industries – Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited
The team consists of professionals focused on market and competitive intelligence, thought leadership, solution development, knowledge management, strategic planning, and commercialization to produce high-value offerings that generate bottom-line benefits for clients and the organization. Professionals work closely with their UK counterparts to identify business development priorities and influence overall organization strategy besides supporting client-relationship-building activities. The group plays a key role in communicating and commercializing the organization’s perspective to a broad audience around the world.
Work you’ll do
As a part of the team, you will be responsible for:
General expectations:
Overall 7+ years’ experience with 3+ years of relevant Content Management experience and experience in interaction with onshore clients.
Minimum 2 years of experience in leading a team of 2-3 members
Advanced knowledge in Content management tools like Adobe Experience Manager and/or other CMS
Advance level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of applications, like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams
Strong written & oral communication skills
Strong Project Management skills
Strong Client Management and Relationship Building Skills
Ability to manage and motivate team to drive results
Attention to detail to include production & quality metrics tracking
Teaming and inter-team collaboration skills
Key job responsibilities:
Lead and manage Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) postings on D.com and other Digital websites
Maintain quality control including review of content prior to publication. Also, proactively interact with the Internet Marketing team in managing the project pipeline and volumes of postings
Provide guidance to practitioners on content management processes and best practices
Provide continuous improvement to the process and make necessary adjustments to deliverables while working closely with the service area lead
Conduct content audits to maintain a healthy content life cycle
Work closely with stakeholders on keywords, metadata and taxonomies
Have a firm understanding of user experience and strong search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) skills
Work with service area lead to set quality goals and assume responsibility for quality of all deliverables
Responsible for team management, feedback & coaching and performance management of professionals
Manage projects to ensure agreed upon deadlines – following efficient workflow requirements – to meet stakeholders’ expectations
Strong communication ability, with proficiency in English (including reading, writing, comprehension, and oral communication skills) and ability to communicate effectively with the Marketing team
Sound knowledge of marketing and communication fundamentals
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; demonstrated ability to multi-task various projects from start to finish; ensure deadlines are met
Demonstrated initiative, follow-through and problem-solving ability
Project management experience, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and work streams simultaneously

Work timings: 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. IST (expected to stretch during peak periods)
