VIAVI Solutions is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Account Executive / Large Account Manager for Viavi Wireless Business.
We’re seeking an Account Executive who has demonstrated success in selling Wireless and Test solutions to large and small companies. Your assignment will include existing /new accounts and a territory.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business development plans and strategies for new prospects and existing clients to increase sales of VIAVI Solutions products and / or solutions.
Meet with CxOs, Directors, Managers, Engineers and other key stakeholders in installed accounts and target accounts
Close both net new accounts and existing accounts
Identify and close quick, small wins while managing longer, complex sales cycles
Keep MSD opportunities updated including close date, next steps, and forecast stage
Working with other team members, position and conduct proofs of concept that address customers business driver
Achieve revenue targets (through accurate forecasting of bookings and orders) while maintaining quality standards, controlling expenses, and working capital (inventory and demo).
Understand customers’ procurement process in detail
Prioritize opportunities and apply appropriate resources
Understand strengths/weaknesses of the competition to position and defend VIAVI
Ability to prepare reports and use of appropriate mode of communication for Quarterly Business Reviews
Identifying and evaluating new product requirements and current product upgrades/ modifications based on inputs from customer contacts and industry technical specifications.
Cold calling, product positioning, developing customers, conducting product demonstrations and training for customers.
Monitoring and evaluating to drive the performance by developing and maintaining a customer database and product sales history.
Creating quotes and maintaining detailed activity records in company provided CRM and Productivity tools.
Ability to travel monthly approximately min. 70%.

Strategic Selling – demonstrated ability to grow existing and new accounts.
Strong persuasive interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
Proven successful track record of exceeding sales quotas
Success closing net new accounts while working existing accounts
Agile; readily adapts to rapidly changing market drivers and solution
Ability to build strong client relationships into the C-Suite
Work effectively with internal teams on behalf of the clients to ensure highest level of customer service
Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams and fosters a culture of continuous process improvement
Drive the successful implementation and adoption of sale automation platforms (Velocity)

Qualifications
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or Computer Science.
Proven experience of minimum 10-12 years in sales of wireless network equipment. Experience of wireless test & measurement instrument sales in India will have an added advantage
Experience with RF (Radio Frequency) communications systems, mobile radio or cellular, and general-purpose test equipment
Knowledge on the 4G/5G networks and RAN and Core network testing requirements
Strong knowledge of NEM – CSP ecosystems for 5G and ORAN
Experience with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
Working experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. MSD experience.
Experience in giving group presentations and product demonstrations.
MBA degree would be an advantage but is not essential.
Trained in solution selling methodology such as Miller-Heiman, Customer Centric Selling, Solution Selling, Challenger Sales.
Operational and applications knowledge of VIAVI test equipment would be an advantage
Work Experience in a Western technology company would be an advantage
