1. Creating such materials by hand or using technology, including computer software programs. Adobe’s Creative Suite is the standard in the industry and most employers expect designers to be proficient with its programs.
2. Develop and create creative program & design base on ATL & BTL method (Image/ visual).
3. Create and analyze strategy an effective program & promotion budget, schedule and tools/equipment.
4. Monitoring day to day analyze and reporting program & promotion activities are running well (daily, weekly/ monthly).

5. Lead team to manage promotion activities and also how to deep dive an effective program to develop.
6. Lead and develop to create build Awareness, Training and Socialization to prevent of Loss or Fraud.
7. Control and monitor the program and make sure running smooth.
8. Evaluate, Analyze and measure the effectiveness of the programs that have been made and will be made.
9. Control and monitor team under his sub-ordinate.
10. As a Key control of program development to support goals of company.

Job Requirements
Qualifications & Skills

1. Candidate prefer be energetic and have passion
2. Candidate with minimum level education Bachelor degree in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing.
3. Min. 5+ years experienced in handle project design marketing & promotion.

4. Min. 5+ years experienced in Graphic Design (Create Promotion Tools in Digitalize).
5. Min. 3+ years experienced in Digital Graphic Design, Marketing & Promotion.
6. Expertise in Develop an effective content web, motion graphic, short movie reels, short movie animation, to increase people awareness (would be an advantage).
7. Have High creativity mind set, think out of the box.
8. Have high leadership and managerial skills.
9. Have strong interpersonal and skills.
10. Good communication (good approaching, persuasive, flexible to drive people in training activity).
11. Strong creative and highly time management as well.
12. Proven experience with creating and implementing promotion tools.
13. Conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills.
14. Demonstrated senior presence; strong project management skills including ability to collaborate with multifunctional stakeholders.
15. Advanced in presentation skills and lead training.
16. Advanced level required in Adobe Premier (InDesign, illustrator, Photoshop), Microsoft Office.
17. Familiar in Logistics or Warehousing (Would be advantage).
