Are you great with cold-calling prospects on the phone? If you are, we can’t wait to meet you. We are looking for rock star Business Development Managers who have a winning attitude and passion to succeed.

You will be responsible for emailing and calling leads to convince them to attend a Zinrelo demo. You will call 100+ business owners every day to get them interested in seeing a demo of our product. Zinrelo will provide the training, dialer, lists and tools necessary to be effective. You need to bring your knowledge, skills, attitude and work ethic to meet your targets.

This job represents the unique opportunity to directly interact with US based retailers, and to move into a Sales role. We also provide excellent growth opportunities and an attractive compensation package that is above industry par.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Contact discovery and account mapping
Pick up a name from a cold calling lead list, call them and get them to agree to a Zinrelo demo. You will call 100+ business owners everyday
Ability to extract and understand the key customer priorities and explain to them how the Zinrelo platform can help them achieve their goals
Be doggedly persistent. Follow up with all the demo leads diligently until they agree to see a demo
Earn customer trust. It is not about somehow getting them to a demo. It is about building a relationship, understanding their business and making sure that we are addressing their needs
You will be measured based on how many demos you are able to sign up. You should have enough confidence in your ability to work in an incentive-driven target-based compensation structure

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business from a reputed university
1-5 years of prior work experience in a relevant cold calling/telemarketing company
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
Willingness to work in the US time zone (6:30 pm IST – 3:30 am IST) a must
Prior experience in selling IT software/services a must
Prior Experience in a US facing business development or telemarketing or inside sales role a must
Experience in dealing directly with US customers over the phone a must
Knowledge of Salesforce, CRMs, email automation tools, LinkedIn, Jigsaw and other open source research tools a definite plus
Prior experience with retailers, online advertising and social media a definite plus
