We are oneof thefastest growing and award-winning, Singapore headquartered Fintech operating in the south-east Asiaregion and India.We are constantly looking for thebest technology talent out there to build our next genProducts and to contribute toourproprietary and patent pending LightSpeed and RemitSend platform.The card ops manager is accountable for day-to-day execution of Card Order processing and procedures.Key Responsibilities:He/She is responsible for processing Card Order requests from clients, work with vendors / Finance team on PO/Invoicing.Ensure the cards are delivered within the committed timelines.For new clients works with networks (Visa / Mastercard ) to get the card design approved.He/She manages customer documentation, verifies account activities,customer details and practices regulatory compliance while meeting quality standards for operational activity.Handle the daily operations of the card business.Work with client/designer to get the card design and ensure that it is as per the network standards.Coordinate with clients / networks to get the card design approved.Work on Regular reconciliations for card dispatches and deliveries.Able to work with delivery partners and printers on a regular basis.Maintain the data transparency between the Card business team & finance team at the organizational level.Should Manage entire end to end Card Order processes for all the matchmove programs globally.Follow up with Clients / Finance team for the PO / Invoicing / Payments for the card orders.Job Requirements:5-7 years of experience in Card operations.He/She is able to work within tight deadlines and is process and results-oriented.He/ She is collaborative and able to work as a team towards shared goals.Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.Self-starter, ability to work and thrive within a fast paced, culturally diverse and results-oriented team environment.MatchMove Culture:To work in a fast-moving growing startup, fun and yet professional environment that recognizes and rewards individual contributions and also team success.To work with highly motivated and diverse people who are totally focused on winning by combining great teamwork, rapid execution and an uncompromising approach to quality and customer satisfaction.We strongly encourage Innovation, Collaboration, Creativity, and Initiative.Come Join Our Dynamic Team!Personal Data Protection Act:By submitting your application for this job, you are authorizing MatchMove to:collect and use your personal data, and to disclose such data to any third party with whom MatchMove or any of its related corporation has service arrangements, in each case for all purposes in connection with your job application, and employment with MatchMove; andretain your personal data for one year for consideration of future job opportunities (where applicable).
