Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Duties and Responsibilities – ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Core Development & Processes • Create a robust full stack framework looking at all Functional and non-Functional aspects including Security Performance Scalability and Availability using technologies like REACT NODEJS EXPRESS MYSQL REDIS & AEM as CMS. • Must be able to create a strong understanding of the frontend along with infrastructure and systems while delivering the scalable Nodejs API to create a dynamic personalized and customer first integrated asset • Integrate various marketplaces and integrations into the ecosystem of One Web so that customer moves seamlessly across all webs with the help of single sign on solution. • Develop reusable UI components for one web define accessibility & governance and roll out the components for one web build. • Ensure that the platform developed will comply as per the OWASP security standards & not have any top 10 OWASP issues • Developing the API orchestration layer using Nodejs NGINX using microservices architecture to cater to MESH of 100 of API talking to different platforms with same identity. • Integrating with World class DIY Digital Product Journeys for 100+ product across one web using SSO & react state management. • Developing the central session management using CIAM solution likes of OAuth Mini Orange & off load the application session management using Redis • Ensuring that the exception handling & logging is implemented rightly across using logger likes of Winston log4j etc. Also logs are shipped centrally to the ELK to generate insights & dashboards. • Develop front end to end applications with good usability principles cross-browser compatibility web security (XSRF cross-site scripting defense) accessibility Markup standards last mile performance (minify closure tools and sprites) and HTML document architecture. • Collaborate with CIO One Web team Marketing teams Data teams across the organization to create a sustainable and achievable UI framework for the platform • Partner with Engineering teams across BFL to create an environment that provides an optimal Developer Experience for from IDE and CI/CD through to IaaS provisioning and Cloud Native Service on-boarding frameworks • Ensure that react components library developed can be integrated in the AEM as well can be reused as a part of the stand-alone application. • Set up best practices and right standards for coding deployment and testing the code for all tracks including React Node Cloud Manager Dispatcher Akamai and more • Create a frame for highly efficient code writing with right branching strategy peer-reviews code merge and code testing

Required Qualifications and Experience
* PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION • 10-12 years of Web development experience & at least 4+ years of experience as a lead on projects involving JavaScript, JS frameworks (ReactJS, Nodejs), UI frameworks, and Databases (e.g. MySQL, Redis, MongoDB. Elasticsearch) • FinTech or Ecommerce experience is desirable • Graduate in Engineering, with a post-graduation preferably from a Tier 1 college • Involved in doing Performance and Security testing for Websites and App based digital platforms. Understands Load model creation, OWASP top 10 and other related concepts • Ample knowledge and exposure in Frontend techs to drive discussions and recommend options based on business needs. • 5+ Years of experience with Bootstrap, Backbone.js, React, Handlebars, Grunt, and Angular, CSS3, HTML 5 and jQuery. • Hands on implementation knowledge of CSS pre-processor like SaaS and less and responsive frameworks like bootstrap. • 5+ years’ Experience with common front-end development & build tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc. • 5+ Years of experience in developing REST API using frameworks like Express, KOA, loopback.io • Understanding in Cloud architecture (AWS, Azure or Google), preferably certified in one of these • Experience in building Robust & scalable solution for heavy traffics portals likes of top ecommerce companies • History of stakeholder-facing roles with good communication and documentation skills is must • Has implemented Quality Processes for projects like Continuous Integration Jenkins, SonarQube, Code reviews (Manual and Automated), code Formatters, Automation testing etc. • 5+ years of experience of building Progressive Web App. Good to have in depth knowledge of service workers internals & have developed large enterprise scale PWAs. • Good to have experience on cloud-native architectures and cloud deployment is preferred • Good to have experience with microservices architecture using EKS will be preferred
