Profile for Design Engineer (Hydraulic) – Port Solutions Engg. (Mobile Harbour Cranes)
Educational Qualification:
Bachelors degree holder in Mechanical / Production Engineering from reputed university.
Experience
Sound knowledge of Inventor & AutoCAD with Min. 2 – 3 years of hydraulics experience in field of Crane Industry OR Material handling equipment OR Special Purpose Machines OR Heavy Industry.
Additional knowledge of Solid Edge will be an advantage.
Skill sets needed:
Strong English Communication
Ability to work in team
Expert in Inventor & AutoCAD
Expert in SAP, Team Center
Knowledge of basic Hydraulics and schematics is mandatory
Sound knowledge of basic Engineering, welding & mfg processes, GD&T
Job Description
Study and understand the project specifications and scope of project.
To understand, interpret, conceptualise the engineering drawings with design skills.
Use of Inventor to create 3D designs for hydraulics related components
Use of Auto CAD for hydraulic schematics along with SAP.
To plan his own activity within the project to reach desired targets, with good quality.
To collaborate with team to solve the problems and meet the schedule.
Use of Microsoft tools to manage documents, handling of data & create presentations.
To follow company policy / rules.
