The position is located in Corporate Bank – Transaction Surveillance Technology . Our goal is to protect our customers and Deutsche Bank against breaches of sanctions & embargo policies, as well as against fraud and company-damaging business practices in payments. Therefore, we develop innovative software solutions and maintain Quality standards for checking regulatory and technical requirements in real time.
To strengthen our development team, we are looking for Quality Assurance Engineers who can design, develop and implement innovative QA solutions to achieve our goal.
As a QA Engineer , you design, develop and automate the testing of application for business and technical implementation and enhancements. To meet business needs, you actively participate in the design and architecture of test automation framework or its components, explore and propose appropriate technologies, support the reusability of existing components, and support Quality Assurance.
Further, this role will be part of the HotScan Case Management (HCM) scrum team comprising of analyst and engineers for the CB Tech area. The team is responsible for developing, testing and implementing solutions around the HotScan Case Management product for the sanctions and embargo area in an Agile SDLC .

Your key responsibilities
Analyze, Design, develop and enhancement of automation framework for real-time transaction surveillance solution around the HCM product.
Follow agile testing methodologies to ensure quality and consistency of deliveries
Manages the maintenance of automation suite and implements planned engineering changes according to agile principles / processes.
Lead and Manage the QA initiative in across agile teams.
Design, implementation, execution and results analysis of automated unit, integration, regression, resilience and performance tests.
Code reviews based on the four-eye principle as well as problem and root cause analysis.
Implementation and compliance with bank policies (naming conventions, encryption, security settings and other non-functional requirements).
Apart from daily development activities, it is also expected that you contribute on following activities:
Review, segregate and manage the take-in of vendor deliverables / packages
Contribute to QA of delivery of package/changes as per requirements
Presentation of QA approach and results in demo sessions
Latest technology adoption for technical as well as business audience in demo sessions
Expertise in understanding of client, business and Technical requirements and problem-solving skills (analyzes the defects, identify the root-cause and provide workaround/permanent solution).
Experience in handling Non Functional Testing (Load, performance).
Your skills and experience
Bachelor of Science/Engineering degree from an accredited college or university with a concentration in Computer-Science or Software Engineering (or equivalent
Total 8+ years of experience in IT industry with exposure to software Testing, development and maintenance of automation test suite, knowledge and hand-on experience in implementing test automation frameworks
Hand-on experience in Test standards and procedures, and testing non-functional requirements
Experience of working in agile teams
Must have skills-

Automation Tool/Framework – UFT, Selenium, Selenium Grid, Load Runner, Jmeter
Programming: VB Script, Java, Python, APIs
Query/Scripting: SQL basics, shell script/ pearl basics
Server Level Automation Testing
