Job Description : We are a health tech company building a next-gen Electronic Medical Records eco-system for Outpatient Consultation that links Patients, Doctors, Diagnostics, Clinics, and our own Call Center.
We are looking for an expert Flutter developer with deep experience in Cross-Platform Mobile Development who has delivered at least one complex app in Flutter in the past year. Having the following expertise is preferred:
BLOC pattern implementation using flutter_bloc pub packageManaging Localization using i10n and flutter-intlCLEAN Architecture and folder managementReusable Components Integration.Dependency Injection using get_it pub packageGit submodules integration and Managing git operations
We use Scrum Agile methodology, and currently have a cross-platform global team located in UAE, Eastern Europe, India, and North America. We have been using Flutter for our 4 User facing Apps: Admin App. Doctor App, Patient App, and Patient Kiosk.

The backend is HIPAA Compliant, FHIR Native, is hosted on Azure and uses SQL Server, and microservices exposed to Client Apps by a custom API Gateway over REST.

The candidate would be based anywhere and have at least 4 hours of overlap per day with GMT+4:00 timezone between 09:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
Requirements
Basic understanding of Agile development.Able to write concise, well-documented (or self-documenting) codeUnderstand how to optimize client-facing softwareExperience with Android SDKExperience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc.Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.Experience working with remote data via REST and JSONExperience with third-party libraries and APIsExpert with version control such as Git .Expert with offline storage, threading, and performance tuningExpert with Flutter is essential.Expert using JSON, REST, HTTP web services, and APIs is essential.Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL APIs.
The candidate would have developed and published multiple complex applications for at least 3 years in Mobile development using either swift or kotlin, and more than a year in Flutter.
