Requirements
The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in,

Full Stack Platform Dev (Spring Boot, Microservices, React JS)
Core Java including OOPS, abstract classes & interfaces, exception handling and serialization.
Multi-threading, Synchronization Executor Framework (Async Programming) and Java 8 Stream API
Basic Design patterns and principles like Singleton & Factory etc.
Application or Web servers (Tomcat, Spring boot, Jboss etc.)
Spring Core (DI & IOC) and any of the Spring Services (AOP, MVC, Security, Transaction etc.)
ORM/DB (RDMS or No Sql)
Junits, Mocking framework (EasyMock or Mockito etc.)
Version Control Systems (Git, SVN, Clearcase etc.)
1. Playing the role of an end-to-end application architect for one of the strategic initiatives.

2. Hands on experience of working on enterprise level applications.

3. Liaising with the business teams to understand the opportunities on the business side.

4. Championing the efforts in creating a highly scalable, reusable, and efficient software solution for the business users.

5. Flexible to experiment, learn and apply diverse technologies.

6. Performing Requirements Analysis, Planning, Database Management, Data Modelling, Presenting Technical Information, Problem Solving, Strategic Planning, Initiative, Self-Motivated, Data Maintenance, Verbal Communication

7. Studying how users consume content, including data categorization and labelling. Meeting with focus groups.

8. Researching and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.

9. Providing leadership and direction to peers and key stakeholder groups.

10. Proven experience of driving initiatives and mentoring teams.

11. Hands on experience in coding (react/angular, micro services, DB, Spring boot)
