The Global Client Engagement Executive role is responsible for managing the multi-local deliverables (infacts, SFF, Connect Express side by side, CE HQ) in terms of deliveries management, coordinating technical queries and errors, as well as data queries. The Job Holder will be a key contact for client global teams and NielsenIQ internal stakeholders for the delivery and quality of their multi-local deliverables with accountability for ensuring client satisfaction for all operational aspects of the relationship.
The job holder must work very closely with the Nielsen data providers i.e SPOCs, Global FTMS connect teams as well as output enablement teams.
Job Responsibilities
1. Key touch point both externally (for the Client) and internally (for Client Liaison, commercial teams, global FTMS connect teams, Ops onshore/offshore production teams and SPOCs) with responsibility for proactive communication and transparency on issues, service enhancements, technology updates
2. Provide guidance to local teams to resolve issues, creating SOPs and SLAs and ensuring that local markets deliver against these, embedding best practices to minimise flat-file errors.
3. Building strong client relationships and communication at all levels of the business, verbal and written.
4. Responsible for management of multi-local deliverables for dedicated client accounts with minimal direction.
5. Understand the end-to-end process & be comfortable with ambiguity in working with multiple above and in market stakeholders.
Role Requirements E=essential, P=preferred.
2 years’ experience in a combination of Operational, Client facingStrong client facing skills in representing complex operational processes
in a simple and open manner – E
Expert understanding of Nielsen Retail Measurement data across all
dimensions. – E
Excellent communication skills – Advanced English – EBasic knowledge of sales force – PAbility to build relationships across regions and cultures to establish a network -EAbility to recognise when escalation is required to avoid a client
disappointment – E
Ability to work under pressure and to ask for support when required – EMathematical/statistical background – P
