Supporting employees across the group (NextGen and Frollo) and reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, we are looking for a talented facilitator, coach and business partner to join our People team and head up our Learning & Performance Practice. This role will work collaboratively across all levels within the organisation, from senior executives to new staff. Your primary focus will be to ensure that all staff have the necessary learning & development opportunities to maximise their learning and effectiveness in their service delivery, promotion, and leadership pathways. You will have Ownership of:
Determining and refreshing our L&D strategy, evaluating Learning & Development (L&D) requirements across both businesses and in line with the future plans across the group
Designing and implementing career development resources and initiatives, including individual growth planning adoption as you leverage insights across the group
Designing and facilitating internal workshops on key topics as identified, as well as leveraging external resources to provide learning solutions at scale
Coaching employees, managers, leaders and teams to sustainably raise their learning and performance
Other specialist projects as required.

Job Description
Identifying aggregate learning needs from organisational performance reviews and working with stakeholders to clarify, refine and prioritize business-aligned, impactful L&D solutions
Triaging all L&D requests and requirements that arise outside of the performance process, evaluating, advising, and proposing solutions
Working with Department Heads to establish and coordinate a group wide L&D plan, identifying appropriate L&D resources and providers, and coordinating with all stakeholders to organise impactful L&D interventions meeting the L&D needs.
Developing and evolving the learning curriculum to cover all core skill development (especially soft and professional skill development), creating and delivering key learning solutions using both internal and externally sourced content and promoting, evaluating and refining the effectiveness of third party learning resources
Designing, facilitating and measuring the impact of key programs, including soft skill and leadership and manager development whether as courses, workshops or digital programs
Supporting the planning and delivery of staff events to ensure that they are leveraged as opportunities for Learning and Development.
Coaching support to managers and their teams to help drive high performance
Supporting and coaching staff in their career plan development
Periodically review and mature our competency framework to ensure it reflects what high performance looks like
Potentially support the People department in the development and delivery of key People & Culture programs as required.

Qualifications
To be successful you will have;
A passionate belief in L&D as a business enabler
Bachelors qualifications in learning and development, organisational behaviour/psychology, adult education and/or human resources
4+ years experience as a learning and development professional
Strong facilitation skills for both large and small groups in function-agnostic soft skills as well as, leadership, team, and management development
Ability to design programs, initiatives, and materials in consultation with business leaders and subject matter experts
An outcome focussed, pragmatic, hands-on approach to their work
Experienced coach of staff, teams, managers, and leaders to drive learning and performance improvement.
The ability to develop effective relationships and build strong business partnerships with stakeholders at all levels
Self-starter and team player
Excellent communication (English) skills, stakeholder management skills, maturity, and an outcome-focused work ethic
Unrestricted work rights in Australia.
It would be ideal if you have;
Strong technical knowledge of L&D practices
Past experience designing and facilitating high impact programs
Experience coaching teams to drive team effectiveness, learning and performance improvement
Experience with adaptive leadership principles
Experience in a software development environment
Technically savvy with knowledge of the latest learning tools and platforms and innovative ways to use them to drive learner engagement, efficiency, and quality.
