Project Role Description :Support the central operations of the Outsourcing Account Delivery team in managing resources, projects, and budgets to meet both the goals of these teams and clients served.

Job Requirements :

Key Responsibilities : -Analyzes and Defines Service Levels -Approves and Finalizes SLM Business Design -Collects Data for Service Level Review -Creates Service Level Reports -Updates Dashboards -Documents and Analyzes Complaints and Compliments -Defines and builds solution to Complaints and Compliments -Applies solution for Complaints and Compliments -Finalizes Complaints and Compliments -Meeting Requirements -Internal review of Service Level Performance -Meetings required during execution and reviews
Technical Experience : -Self-confident, results-oriented, persuasive, and influential-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-Service operations and management experience a plus-Excellent Written and Verbal Communication-3 years of experience with the ServiceNow IT Service Management tool, preferred-4 years of experience as a process owner, preferred-Proficient in rolling out methodologies, processes, standards and/or policies-Minimum of ITIL foundation certification More advanced ITIL certifications desired
Professional Attributes : 1 Must be able to handle day to day data governance operations efficiently having good leadership skills 2 Excellent Communication Skills 3 Good Presentation skills and client handling skills 4 Ability to work under pressure
Educational Qualification : Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related process experience, preferred
Additional Information : Good To have – Certification on ITIL V3 /ITIL Intermediate preferably

15 years of full time education
