Job Description : 仕事内容: The Global Marketing team focuses on crafting, sharing, and maintaining the Playaz4Playaz brand across channels by utilizing new technology, products and services to keep the company up-to-date and efficient. The Global Marketing team collaborates with product owners, development teams, and other stakeholders across P4P to efficiently and effectively deploy information, content, and solutions with inside the application and outside across P4P’s various external channels of communication, including the website, social media channels, and partners’ channels.The Marketing Integration Specialist is responsible for assessing new products and enhancements to equip the Marketing team to support and scale projects from customer onboarding, campaign tests and launches, and engagement activations while also coordinating across the company with departments like operations, finance, and product.The Marketing Integration Specialist will be working within the marketing department reporting directly to the Director of Marketing and working closely with the operations and product development departments. This is a part-time position starting at 20 hours a week with space to grow.Role & ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be accountable for documenting the customer onboarding experience through the creation of knowledgebase articles and videos and testing and implementing processes and tools to continue to provide ways for Playaz4Playaz to more efficiently market the services and offerings created to keep up with the growing needs of our core audience.· Partner with the global product owners to understand product/enhancement requirements and how to translate that to customers· Partner with the global product owners to identify and document test cases and tools to be used by customers for testing activities before rollout· Own the development of global knowledge base guides and materials to consistently implement tutorials to support the uptake of new features by customers with speed, quality, and predictability· Manage the onboarding help sequences established across the website and app to engage customers at every point in the buyers’ journey to grow browsers into regulars and regulars into champions· Coordinate with Operations and support the rest of the Marketing team to provide them with the knowledge, support, tools, processes, and documentation necessary to perform their job functions with efficiency and effectiveness· Conduct implementation and testing training sessions for Customer Delivery to equip resources with the information and tools needed to support customer education and engagement projectsアピールポイント: Working on the ground floor of a global startup of a team with proven success, you get the opportunity to build the future of sports and fan engagement.求める人材: Requirements· Successfully completed degree in online media, media and/or communication sciences, computer science or a comparable qualification· Several years of relevant professional experience in the field of digital marketing and marketing automation, either on the agency or customer side· Experience with the regulatory and legal framework of digital marketing globally (GDPR, CCPA etc).· Familiarity with onboarding software such as Intercom or Userflow as well as screen and video recording software such as Loom, Vidyard, or Descript to create knowledge bases and teachable content· Experience with marketing tools across SEO, Social Media, CRM, Email Marketing, etc.· Ability to quickly understand, assess, simplify, and articulate complex business and technical challenges/solutions· Ability to quickly analyze and design efficiencies into new and existing solutions· Must be comfortable with uncertainty and able to function under pressure to meet tight deadlines· Exceptional attention to detail· Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to leverage these skills in a teaching environment· Self-starter with ability to work independently or with a team, and to work flexible hours as needed to support global delivery teams· Business fluent knowledge of English and other language skills a plus勤務時間・曜日: 20 hrs per week勤務地: RemoteJob Type: Part-timePay: $20.00 – $27.00 per hourExperience:Business Social Media: 3 years (Required)
