Job Description : Hamilton Aquatics and ESM is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and highly motivated candidate for the position of Mobile Application Developer for their continually growing Swimming Academy and Sports Facility Provider in the Middle East. This position will be based in Dubai, UAE.Job Summary: To create, maintain, and implement the source code to develop mobile apps and mobile platform programs that meet the needs and requirements of the customer/clients using the computer programming languages.Term: Full time, 2-year(s) limited contract and renewable.Key Objectives: · Build mobile applications using Hybrid Technologies with the React Native framework.· Develop, test, and maintain high-performance JavaScript/React Native code.· Integrate modern web services using service-oriented architecture, RESTful APIs, and SOAP.· Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.· Collaborate with the team responsible for back-end development.· Test, troubleshoot, and optimize application components for maximum speed, security, stability, and scalability.Set of Required Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours: Desired Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Computing/Programming/Information Technology or similar.Desired Experience: · Must have at least 5 years of experience on mobile application operating system like IOS and Android. Skilled, motivated, and product-oriented mobile application developer with strong object-oriented programming concepts.· Experience in development using JavaScript/HTML5/CSS3.· Demonstrable portfolio of released applications on the App store or the Android market.· Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.· In-depth knowledge of the React Component Lifecycle, Navigation stack, State & Props, Styled Components, etc.· Knowledgeable of JavaScript language and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax.· Knowledgeable of state management architecture using Redux and MobX.Knowledgeable and experienced of OOPS.Experience with handling offline scenarios using Async Storage and SQLite.Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Gradle, Android Studio.Knowledgeable of engineering practices like CI-CD.Experience in iterative development methodologies like Agile.Job-Specific Knowledge & Skills: · Programming language skills· Back-end computing skills· User interface (UI) design skills· Cross-platform development skills· Cybersecurity skills· Product management skills· Internet of things (IoT) skills· Excellent time management skills· Maintaining confidentiality· Multi-tasking skills· Attention to detail· Strong communication skills and team collaborationHow to apply: For more information or to apply, please email careers @ esm . ae quoting reference MAD-Feb22.
