Your role
Are you a highly skilled Oracle HCM Cloud Specialist? Have you worked across multiple HCM modules not just core? Do you work collaboratively with your colleagues on solutions? Are you confident at iteratively refining user requirements and removing any ambiguity? Do you like to be challenged and encouraged to learn and grow professionally?

We’re looking for Oracle HCM Cloud Specialist to:

ability to work in a functional and technical capacity and analyse business requirements, design, develop and deploy solutions that will add value to stakeholdersdevelop innovative solutions in Oracle HCM Cloud that will solve business problems, across various modules such as Core HR, Goal and Performance Management, Talent Management, Absence Management and Time and Labordocument technical and functional specifications
perform unit testing of objects/ solutions createdperform configuration, integration and personalization’s in Oracle HCM Clouddevelop reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensionsprovide status report to Project Manager
co-ordinate with Product vendor, that is Oracle, on service requests, upgrade releases, bugs and ideasconduct code reviews and unit testingensure that proper operational controls and procedures are implemented to process code migration move from one environment to another

You’ll be working in the CDIO HR team in Pune, India and we provide a global collaborative community. As an Oracle HCM Cloud Specialist, you’ll play an important role in working with whole team on timely delivery of HRIT projects. You may also be a scrum master.

Your expertise
minimum 6+ years of relevant Techno Functional experience in Oracle HCM
experience in following modules (atleast 2) – Global HR / Talent Management / Time & Labor / Absence Managementdeep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud Architecture and how HCM Cloud integrates with other applicationsexperience of end-to-end implementation lifecycleexperience of working through leading methodologies such as Agile and SDLC concepts
ability to work on all project phases, Requirement Analysis, Fit/Gap Analysis, Configuration, Testing, Production Supportdemonstrated ability to manage project scope and develop effort estimates
proficient in Configuration, personalisation, HCM Extracts, HDL, SQL, APIs, Workflows, Fast Formulae, FTP protocols, OTBI.experience in developing data models and writing custom reports in BI Publisher
experience in using Subject Areas in Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) to build cross functional reports and dashboardsgood understanding of Fusion Security Roles Architecture in Security Console and WorkflowBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineeringcertification in Oracle HCM Cloud, either Specialist or Implementor level from Oracle Universitywillingness to learn new processes, modules and technologiesexcellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
