Responsibilities
Participate in planning sessions with Sales Engineers to assist in selling to both new and existing customer base
Recognizes and identifies potential opportunities for improvement in customer processes, or where new processes need to be developed, and makes recommendations in these areas
Prepare statement of work including cost quotes for service when required
Managing the implementation process and working cross functionally in order to ensure customers are on-boarded in a quick and efficient manner
Project documentation creation
Initiates and maintains strong working relationships with customers
Provide training when required
Inform management of project status, risks and deviation from goals
Makes recommendations for problem resolution
Coordinates resources and activities to support project objectives
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Technical Skills Requirements
5+ years applicable experience managing technology utilizing the Kaseya or similar platform
Strong Microsoft Windows Server and Workstation OS skills with System admin experience
Working knowledge of Linux platform TCP/IP , SNMP, Routing, Switching, Firewalls & Proxy
Strong relational database skills with leading databases such as SQL Server including use of SQL Management Studio
Experience with XML, message queues and Web Services (IIS)
Non-Technical Skills Requirements
Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills (MS PowerPoint) in variety of interactions: Email, Oral Communications with customers and intenal stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills
Self-starter
Proven team player
Demonstrate the ability to present complex technical material to both technical and non-technical customers
Able to travel at least 10% of the time
Preferred Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Scripting skills (Perl, Powershell, or shell scripting in both Windows and Linux)
Working knowledge of Zendesk and/or Jira
Familiar with Professional Services Automation (PSA) and Remote Management Monitor (RMM) tools
