Job Description : We are a fast-growing and forward-thinking accountancy firm in North & West Wales that has a passion for supporting and working with our clients. We look to build strong and lasting relationships with our clients, we have client portfolios of variable sizes from Wales and around the UK.We are looking for an enthusiastic someone who is able to be our company receptionist and provide payroll services for our clients and help support our clients, team, and future growth aspirations.This individual would be responsible for greeting clients in reception, answering calls and provide payroll services to our clients using Sage 50 Payroll. There will also be the opportunity to enrol on the AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) course and do some bookkeeping.Roles and Responsibilities: Being front of house to greet and talk with clientsAnswer phones for the company and direct them between officesPreparation of Payrolls for clients using Sage 50 Payroll (Training can be provided)Occasional bookkeeping workOrganising and keeping track of clients books and recordsUndertake other duties as requested by management within the scope of the roleEssential Requirements: Strong communication skills in both English and WelshAble to work within in a teamExpectations: Willingness to keep up to date with relevant Payroll related laws and regulationsGood communication skills, written and spoken in English and WelshGood computer skills (including accurate and fast typing skills)High levels of attention to detailAbility to multi-task and work under pressureCommon sense and initiativeGood organisation skillsExperience & Education: Experience/knowledge of payroll is an advantage but training and learing is availableGCSE grade C or above in Mathematics, English and Welsh requiredWhat do we offer.A great working environment and potential for the right individual to build their exposure, and to work closely with our team, partners and clients.Salary: £17,290 – £19,000 (The salary is flexible, it will be based on level of experience and the ability to help us progress as a firm and maintain great client relationships.)Study support can be provided towards AAT which could lead to a career as a Chartered Accountant in future (this would be subject to successfully completing a 6 month probation period).Council Parking Pass is provided for our staff.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: £17,290.00-£19,000.00 per yearSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayExperience:Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (preferred)Payroll: 1 year (preferred)Language:Welsh (required)Application deadline: 11/03/2022Expected start date: 01/03/2022
