Job Description : Are you interested in how market demands in APAC & China behaves & evolves?
Apply your demand management experience and knowledge to help build robust supply chain planning processes and analysis capability to proactively support the LEGO Group in decision making.
Core Responsibilities
Design and govern Regional Demand management planning processes across Product Life Cycle to synergise across market groups with an end-to-end supply chain view
Deliver proactive regional insights focusing on the short term horizon (up to 6 months @ SKU level) to support strategic intervention & decision making across the Supply Chain
Provide synchronized direction to all Market Groups relating to demand/supply balancing and the business risks and opportunities at stake
Optimize short term demand and supply imbalances via allocation processes from Regional Distribution Centre to markets
Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to support execution of the weekly and monthly processes, and ensuring high coherency and standardization where applicable
Establish capabilities within both Regional and BU Demand management, including Continuous Improvement to stay relevant and be proactive to changes

This is done by driving cross-functional consensus across the operational horizon though collective processes and governance. As markets are at different maturity levels, You will need to show strong analytical mindset and influencing skills to both manage both regional and local BU market needs.
Do you have what it takes?
More than 5 years experience, with degree in engineering, operations, supply chain management, business or a related field preferred
Analytical mindset (qualitative/quantitative) with ability to identify risk and opportunities and proactively put in place rectifying measures
Strong background in creation and implementation of new processes by working with cross functional teams and ensuring smooth adaption
Actively drive governance and coherence regionally in collaboration with the various market groups by bringing constructive view points to drive change & solutions
Strong stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence stakeholders across end-to-end value chain
Experienced using IT as an enabler for increased performance, working with Power BI, APO, Advanced Excel
Takes initiative and proactive in driving continuous improvement
Team player who support and enable team members development
