Job Description : Sr. Accountant: – 01Job Responsibilities: -i) Responsible for Financial Health of the company & organizations. Producing financial reports and developing strategies based on financial research.ii) Monitoring the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payment, invoicing, and month-end financial closingiii) Oversee financial departments employees, including accountants and internsiv) Contract outside services for tax preparations, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessaryv) Track the company’s financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvementvi) Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the companyvii) Research and analyse financial reports and market trendsviii) Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision makingix) Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reportsx) Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders in formal meetingsxi) Stay up-to-date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposexii) Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the companyxiii) Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislationxiv) Experience in handling GST, Taxation, Bank Guarantees & Letter of CreditRequirements: – Technical Competencies & Qualificationi) Advance degree in accounting, business, economics, finance, or a related fieldii) Superior mathematical skills, both written and verbal along with public speaking skills.iii) Deep understanding of business principles and practicesiv) Superior Computers skillsv) Excellent auditing skills and construction industry experiencevi) Behaviour competenciesvii) Multi-Tasking abilitiesviii) Integrityix) Honestyx) Critical thinkingxi) Problem-Solving Skillsxii) Superior attention to detailsxiii) Organizational & Planning skillsxiv) Research & analytical skillsExperience & Qualification: -i) 3 to 4 Years experience in financial role in a relative industryii) Bachelors (Preferred)Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per monthBenefits:Provident FundSchedule:Morning shiftExperience:Human Resources Occupations: 5 years (Preferred)total work: 6 years (Preferred)Application Deadline: 05/03/2022Expected Start Date: 10/03/2022
