You will be part of the Enterprise Automation CoE team. In this role, you will work on the design and implementation of state-of-the-art Digital Assistant and AI Cognitive Services enhanced business use cases, engaging in new technology initiatives and driving innovative solution in automation space and beyond. You will play a critical role in all phases of automation project lifecycle, with a key focus on bringing the technical expertise and solutions that fulfill business requirements with cutting edge technologies like Digital Assistant, AI/ML, RPA, etc. You will also collaborate with various teams and stakeholders including delivery team, IT business partners, functional SMEs and business stakeholders to ensure a successful implementation of the proposed solutions and architectures.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform Design activities of all approved Digital Assistant and other automation projects, including architecture design, documentation and detailed code reviews.
Regularly publish and socialize reusable processes, accelerators, knowledge assets for Digital Assistant and AI/ML projects across businesses and functions.
Drive intake request assessment for Digital Assistant and process automation opportunities, including feasibility analysis, preparing detailed process flow documents, detailed design documents and resource estimation
Analyze, understand and document the business processes in detail where required and communicate effectively with business counterparts and stakeholders.
Identify, architect, deploy technical infrastructure standards including disaster recovery, load balancing, and scale up/out planning aligned with defined Honeywell Global Security standards
Work in a startup-type environment to define, design and develop innovative applications using Machine Learning and drive functional proofs-of-concepts to production ready scalable solutions
Use problem solving skills for issues that arise in day-to-day running of Digital Assistants and provide timely responses and solutions as required; Design, develop, troubleshoot, debug, evaluate and modify existing automation solutions
Work within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and provide inputs to the change control process
Actively train, mentor team members and regularly present in internal tech talk and solution show case sessions
YOU MUST HAVE
6+ Years of experience in Software programming and technology
3+ Years of experience in using Microsoft bot framework and Azure Cognitive Services to build and deploy Enterprise grade Digital Assistants.
Experience in Cloud based solution architecture and application development (Azure)
Programing skills in Javascript, ReactJS, NodeJS
Strong understanding of DevOps
Experience in APIs and micro services, as well as relevant integrations
Strong understanding of ITSM/AGILE/SCRUM or equivalent processes and methodologies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Strong technical aptitude and experience leading teams in delivering quality results
SAP, SFDC Platform automation knowledge
Experience in applying AI/ML technoglogies to enable intelligent automation
Functional/Automation knowledge in Customer Services, Order Management, Marketing, Procurement domains
Experience using Atlassian Confluence, JIRA and Jira Service Desk – or similar tools.
ITSM/SCRUM certification or other process certifications
Certification in cloud operations and technologies
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities and direction may change rapidly as customer requirements and market direction changes
Ability to articulate organizational expectations and empower team members to excel
