Job Description : GrapeCity Developer Solutions provides customers with the premier studio of innovative UI software controls, tools, and solutions including deep functionality reporting, analysis, and spreadsheet platforms. We help our customers develop rich applications in Windows Forms, WPF, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Web Forms, Silverlight, UWP, Xamarin, or ActiveX.
Job Summary:

Content Creation: 50%
Programming : 25%
Updating and reviewing help files : 20%
Supervising : 5%

Primary Responsibilities:

Write high-quality technical documentation for GrapeCity products.
Create new and update existing help files using the help authoring tool.
Explore product API’s and samples to understand the product and features.
Work with Subject Matter Experts to obtain an in‐depth understanding of the products.
Write small code snippets to be added to the documentation.
Create simple use‐case samples to explain product features.
Report issues with product’s API, demo(s), website, etc. found during exploration.
Review content of juniors and peers

Requirements:

Minimum 2 to 6 years of experience in technical writing in the relevant field.
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
Excellent written and communication skills in the English language.
Expert skills in any Help Authoring tool and understanding of HTML language.
Knowledge of programming basics.
