Brief
We are looking for a talented corss-platform mobile apps developer with atleast 1 year experience to join our team. The candidate should have very good knowledge and experience in both Android and IOS development with a proven record. Knowledge of various technologies like PhoneGap, Titanium will be preferred. You will be involved in new products and new feature development. You will be involved in all phases of the software development lifecycle: requirement analysis, design, implementation, testing, and production support. You should have a professional attitude & capacity of working with a team of developers, seek new challenges and takes initiatives. As a Mobile Apps Developer/Programmer, you will be required to extensively work in Native Android & IOS apps. You should possess good communication skills, work with minimal assistance and have the capacity of working in a team as well as independently.
Duties & Responsibilites
The mobile application Developer will architect, develop and/or maintain a variety of projects. You will be expected to plan, research, develop logic, code, test and deploy projects with minimal assistance. You will work as a part of a cross-functional team including graphic design, front-end UI developers and project managers. You must be quick and accurate, adaptable and flexible to meet changing priorities and timelines.
You will be performing the following duties.
Create mobile applications from mockups/layouts to fully functional deliverable.
Design, evaluate, update and maintain cross-platform applications.
Translate client’s information into a functional application.
Develop functional and technical specifications for projects.
Determine all necessary coding requirements for the project/application.
Scope and estimate development effort for specific jobs.
Document the Analysis, Design and Development phases.
Release/upload apps on Androis and Apple mobile app stores.
Install, configure and develop web applications.
Implement changes to existing applications/sites and update current information as directed by client.
Assist the team with HTML emails, ad banners, and various digital media projects.
Perform thorough QA testing including functional and cross-browser/platform compatibility.

Other Responsibilities include:
Advising the executives on the necessities and information required for the project.
Taking part in the preliminary planning of the project, meeting and discussing ideas related to it.
Taking part in development of multimedia animations, and interactive presentations in Flash and other multimedia tools which are related to the project.
Design and production of advertisements, postings, banners, flyers etc. (Web and print media) which are related to the project.
Responsible for any additional duties which may be assigned from time to time.
Required Skills
Required Skills in Brief: Android / iOS / PhoneGap
We are looking for a mobile Developer with experience in cross-platform development tools/technologies. You will be responsible for working on a number of projects at any one time using a complex range of technologies including Android, iOS, HTML5, jQuery. You should have experience of OOP, have good analytical and code-translation skills. You should know how to build a mobile app from the ground up, as well as modify and build on existing code. You should know Java &ansp; Objective C like the back of your hand.

Working Experience and/or knowledge of the following tools & technologies is a must:
Android development (4.0+ SDK)
iOS development (6.1+ SDK)
Native Apps Development
Hybrid Apps development
HTML5 / jQuery Mobile

Ability to communicate effectively with developers, managers, users and clients.
Fluent written & spoken English with excellent communications skills
Should be able to work independently and with team.
Should be able to strictly follow specified time lines.
Required Experience & Qualification
The condidate should have atleast 1 year of Cross-Platform (Android+iOS) experience and have developed atleast 3 apps. The candidate should have atleast Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent from a HEC recognized university.
