Job Description : Responsibilities: Financial OperationsCoordinate payments including salaries and reimbursements to staff members, mentors, resource suppliers, etc. through Finance & Accounting partner team.Ensure all documents and records of financial expenses are updated in an orderly, transparent, and efficient manner in the ERP tool.Maintain bills and receipts on soft copy and hard copy.Coordinate with the Finance & Accounting partner team to get financial utilization reports for presentation to Donors and Leadership team as per request.Coordinate with the fundraising team & the fundraising platforms to ensure details of all donations are updated in the ERP tool in a regular and timely manner.Generate 80G or non-80G receipts as appropriate and send them to donors in a regular and timely manner.Keep Financial Management policies document updated.Support the Finance & Accounting partner team for any documents or information needed for audits.AdministrationOrient and track to ensure the staff follows the financial, administrative & human resources policies, procedures & systems.Handle logistics for team events, office supplies, etc. Manage the ongoing running of physical office space (if any) in terms of setting up utilities, regular bill payments, and ongoing maintenance.Handle ad hoc external fieldwork like visits to banks, Government offices, etc. for supporting tasks needed for the leadership team.Assist in travel & accommodation booking requirements of leadership team members’ official requirements.Handle logistics for material procurement from vendors and delivery to schools for Program ExecutionQualifications & ExperienceHSC or 12th equivalentFresher or 1+ years of full-time work experience (office administration experience preferred)Required SkillsStrong interpersonal skillsDetail orientedStrong written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of Marathi – Read, Write, SpeakWorking knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) and Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets)Understanding of Financial ReportingDesired CompetenciesAction-orientedOrganizedAble to manage multiple tasks and difficult situationsWillingness to learnApplication Deadline: 10/3/2022Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹8,086.00 – ₹20,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftWork Remotely:Temporarily due to COVID-19
