Job Description
The main responsibilities of the Channel Sales Rep includes:
Business Development: Effective management of a defined region, covering all agreed accounts at optimum frequencies in a cost effective manner.
Budget: Achievement of financial and non-financial targets for designated region.
Compliance: Drive execution of agreed and over and above promotional opportunities. This incorporates but is not limited to sales drives, sales promotions, key events and display acquisition.
Distribution: Increase product offer/range to assigned accounts/ territories by increasing existing or expansion through new products in-line with company objectives.
Market Intelligence: Inform customers, both internal and external, of market trends, pricing and new products.
Sales team support: To support national sales function, attend meetings and deliver both financial and non-financial KPI’s.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing or related field required or/and have more than 8 years of commensurate experience.
Proven effective communication with corporate staff, sales organization & customers.
Basic Product Knowledge, power tools and accessories.
Basic understanding of sales strategies, processes and approaches.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Skype, etc).
