Key Accountabilities:
I am a role model, working hands-on with my team to delight our guests and I am responsible for our daily guest journey experience performance and have the responsibility to ensure our guests have a great experience that makes movies better.
I am always looking for ways to innovate, deliver continuous improvement, and new ways of working and streamlining practices
I maximize the performance and potential of my team through on-the-job training and give them constructive feedback and on-the-spot coaching to develop their skills and performance.
I ensure that diversity and inclusions live in the business, and I inspire others through great communication.
I ensure high operational standards are maintained on my shift and I make sure that all ODEON processes are fully implemented to fulfill the operational and safety requirements.
I drive the entire food and beverage performance by ensuring that our teams have the tools to deliver high standards and seeking opportunities to increase sales by coordinating the teams. I utilise my COSTA knowledge to ensure high-performing teams deliver on brand standards, ensuring more delicious experiences to every guest.
I coordinate our teams to give the best guest service – making us the cinema of choice because we make movies better. I support the implementation of national and local marketing strategies.
I maximise EBITDA within our cinema by increasing sales and controlling costs. I ensure that during the operation we have the right people in the right place at the right time. I ensure the cash controls and cashing up procedures are correctly implemented.
I am commercially savvy (understand what creates value), can take data and turn it into action. I put the guest at the heart of decision-making.
