EY-Cyber Security-IAM–Consulting- Risk

As part of our EY-cyber security team, you shall engage in Identity & Access Management projects in the capacity of execution of deliverables. An important part of your role will be to actively establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships. You’ll also identify potential business opportunities for EY and GTH within existing engagements and escalate these as appropriate. Similarly, you’ll anticipate and identify risks within engagements and share any issues with senior members of the team

The opportunity
We’re looking for Security Analyst / Consultant in the Risk Consulting team to work on various Identity and Access Management projects for our customers across the globe. Also, the professional shall need to report any identified risks within engagements and share any issues and updates with senior members of the team.

Radiant Logic/SSO/VDS
The Security Senior role will be primarily responsible for the daily operations of monitoring and review of the Virtual Directory Management application and underlying infrastructure. This role will be responsible for working with end users, vendors, security leads as well as the other support teams to ensure successful operations of the infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Incident intake and assignment to other teams as required
Incident analysis
Incident triaging
Respond, troubleshoot and implement resolutions for common issues.
Respond to system outages
Maintain Incident remediation and prevention documentation
Interact with technical personnel and other teams as required
Initiate escalation procedure to resolve incidents
Participate on escalation calls and providing right information
Produce service level reports
Monitor directory infrastructure for potential issues
Monitor backup
Coordinate or participate in individual or team projects
Write technical articles for internal knowledge base
Provide performance metrics as necessary
Adhere to stated SLA’s and ensuring high standards for quality in regard to project documentation/activities
Deploy changes as per the instructions
Application validation after changes

Skills Expertise:
Strong problem diagnosis
At least 4year of Virtual Directory (Radiant logic & Active Directory Federation Services) Have experience in maintaining & administering Directory
Strong knowledge to solve a variety of common technical issues on Virtual Directory Management Solution.
Experience managing user, group and roles using directory management products
Experience Directory environment /object / tree management
Knowledge of Bulk updates using scripts
Managing backup/restore of database
Good understanding on Cloud directory (Azure & AWS)
Must have good experience in handling escalated issue and providing RCA
Experienced in server migration & deployment.
Good verbal & written communication, technical document writing
Awareness of global security standards such as PCI, SOX, HIPAA
Must have knowledge on Windows and Linux Servers handling through command lines
Good knowledge of Operating System Internals
Need to have good understanding on technologies like AD, storage and identity tools
Preparing Operational Manual, Procedure Documents & Design Documents
Understands concepts of Authentication, Authorization, Provisioning, Identity and Access Management
Good understanding on monitoring tools like Datadog, SPLUNK, WIRESHARK and other common monitoring tools
Good knowledge of basic security concepts and certificate management
Experience of using monitoring tools
Ability to work towards the Automation and Process improvement of the project time consuming activities.
Agile mythology use for CSI & BAU activities.
Knowledge of Service Management / ITIL
Prior experience working in remote teams on global scale

Certification:
Agile (CMS/Safe), ITIL or equivalent (Good to have)
Radiant Logic/ ADFS /Azure/AWS (Must Have)
Work Requirements:
Willingness to travel as required
Willingness to be on call support
Willingness to work in shifts.

Responsibilities, Qualifications, Certifications – External
Ideally, you’ll also have
Microsoft certified solution expert
Experience with AD connect and integration of Azure MFA with CA SSO
Been part of the pursuit teams for clients seeking Azure MFA solution
