The GES Reporting & Analytics team is part of the HR Optimization and Service Management within GES. It oversees, coordinates and executes the provision of GES function-related information to Corporate Sector groups and Line of Business firm-wide, delivering performance measurement for GES functions. It requires coordination with HR Technology; Corporate and Regional functions to meet the HR Management Information needs of the firm . Specific activities include:

Delivering performance dashboards, productivity reports, related process improvement identification and analysis for Global GES processes to help operate HR like a business.
Delivering reporting and analysis, ensuring consistent reporting processes, data definitions, and use of standardized reports.
Strong focus on Risk & Controls including importance around data confidentiality
Drive innovative strategies for superior employee experience

We are currently seeking candidates who can provide analytical support, participate in the design and management of analytics in support of business process and reporting. The chosen candidate should be detail oriented, high on business and analytical acumen, possesses a natural flair for automation and process improvement.
Job Responsibilities:

Manage the production of the Global GES Reporting process and deliver the reports within the prescribed SLAs in an accurate manner.
Identify opportunities to enhance the Scorecards/Dashboards and work with functional units/clients to implement enhancements.
Partner with stakeholders to develop better solutions for scorecard production and delivery by leveraging automation.
Conduct review of scorecard performance results and variance analysis of scorecard outcomes with functional units/clients.
Review and measure objectives/processes against targets; assess data quality and consistency in conjunction with stakeholders
Provide backup support for other Scorecard production in the team and assist with related ad-hoc reporting.
Produce reports by obtaining data from HR Tools and assist with other similar ad-hoc reporting requests.
The role also expands to participating in systems and data integration testing during system upgrades
Track, report and manage metrics that would represent the quantitative and qualitative productivity of the team on a periodical basis.

Qualifications Required:

Education: Minimum Graduate degree in any stream
Information Technology certification from an IT Education and Training Organization preferred
9+ years working in a reporting or similar role, ideally in Human Resources or related discipline
Demonstrated expertise using industry standard Data Analytics tools: Tableau, Alteryx, QlikView, R, Splunk, Hadoop, or related analytics technologies
Experience using Business Intelligence Tools such as Business Objects
Familiarity with Automation through software, scripting, and APIs is a plus
Advanced proficiency required in MS Excel
Strong verbal and written communication in English to effectively communicate with all levels of management
Strong analytical, problem solving and research skills, ability to apply a range of analytical tools, gain and synthesize insights and develop solutions
Exposure to HR Metrics and HR Process Improvement related initiatives; experience working with managers to measure and improve business performance a plus.
Requires attention to the details, audit skills and the ability to follow through and resolve outstanding issues
Ability to multitask and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment with changing and competing initiatives
Strong self-development focus. Must have an enthusiasm to learn.
