This means, we are always ever evolving and learning new things.In this role you willDevelop your engineering and Salesforce skills by understanding the different products and features Salesforce has to offer.For this, you will be completing Salesforce training and working very closely with our team of seasoned Salesforce engineers and product teams.Your journey within Tyro starts with self-training of the platform through Trailheads and Certifications.You will then start learning about Tyro’s business processes by attending workshops, discoveries and assisting your team on quality assurance of on-going deliverables.To continue your journey, you will be shadowing senior Salesforce engineers to learn more about the platform and start getting a better view of what can be achieved with the platform.You will start getting hands-on the dev side by first assisting on BAU items before you start moving into more intricate project work. This will ensure you gain enough confidence in the product and the processes in place.We are confident you will enjoy the journey on entering the workforce working alongside a very energetic group of people working in a very Agile environment whilst learning about the most on-demand platform out there.About youGraduated from University in the past 24 months and is able to start working in 2022.Technical Skills:Pursued a degree in Computer Science or related IT fieldBe proficient in at least 1 object oriented programming language (i.e. Java, C#) and a query language (i.e. SQL)Technical prowess, including understanding of algorithms, systems architecture and end-user experience.Extra points if you have HTML/CSS/JavaScript or Integration/WebServices knowledgeSoft Skills:Independent, self-motivated and accountableFast learnerTeam player (you truly believe the best outcomes emerge from teams and not individuals)Results DrivenWillingness to work in fast-paced environmentsGreat communication skillsApproachable and good humouredWe want to work in the company of supportive and inclusive people.
